Horary Astrology - Cosmetic Eye Surgery

I am new to horary astrology, so I thought I should ask for second opinions. I am thinking about getting cosmetic eye surgery. I want to know if I will like the outcome of the surgery. I cast an astrology chart at 4:51pm on 5/2/23 in Cocoa, FL. My initial thoughts were that it seems like a positive chart! The only concern I see is that the ruler of the ascendent (Venus) is squaring Neptune in the 6th house. Does that scream health concern, or am I being paranoid. Please let me know your thoughts!
