I think Le Pen's MC being in makes perfect sense as her & her family have been involved in the 'homeland' of France
for decades. She truly cares about her country, her people & wants to put her 'homies', the French citizens needs first.
Very patriotic which is Cancer domain.

Her Jupiter is closely trine to 5th Rep MC, showing potential prominence. Her Sun is conjunct 5th Rep Uranus showing the right wing of the populace. What she really needs to be careful of, is the reliance on past attitudes and lack of adaptability; this is shown by the quincunx of her Saturn/Uranus. Adaptation to new realities is a must, and she must not feel intimidated by the civil services. The idealism of stationary Neptune can also get in the way in this sense; maybe the legacy of her father has much to do with this.

Finally managed to get a full scale chart up for progressions [as of yesterday], but then couldn't add text to it. Please bear with me people; having problems, and having to experiment here for a minute.
Note the Mars/ASC conjunction by progression with transit Jupiter in square; this is the Mars/Pluto square in the 5th Republic chart [ no wonder the intensity of protest]. Hopefully, that transit Uranus opposite her stationary Neptune will break up her ingrained idealism.

I'm very much a British astrologer, so don't understand the French system well. Here in Britain our elections start at 7am, and not sure about France. I believe the election is held on two separate dates [I don't know why] think it starts on 30th June. If anyone can let me know, I'll try put and put charts up.

Please note, the following with reference to transiting angles is based if the polls start at 7am. Look at the grand square by progression involving MA 180 JU in square to CH 180 UR; looks like going from the frying pan into the fire. This doesn't look good in terms of financial implications which is now being well documented. Transit MA going to it's prog position, Transit Jupiter is 180 to prog ASC, Transit Chiron 0 natal SN/ASC, Transit Uranus is on 2nd cusp [ 180 Le Penn's NE]. If the poll starts at 7am, transit Pluto 180 ASC; All change! Then we also have prog Moon [ ruler of natal 4th] translating the light of Venus [natal 7th ruler] to Saturn [natal 10th ruler]. The opposition to the government [ruler of 4th], points out those that are open enemies of the people [ruler of 7th], and throws it in the face of the government [ruler of 10th]. The transit MC [if correct] will also be smack bang on Le Penn's natal NN!

With the transiting ASC now conjunct natal Uranus with Mars in square we can sense a real rebellious right wing flavour to this election, and possible serious protests. But look at transiting Pluto in the obsessive 165 aspect to natal/prog Uranus; is this a cataclysmic shift in the political landscape?
