We might still have some openings in the (very exclusive) Transcendent Numpties of Light -- but maybe I should check with the admissions officer first re: the application fee.

Sounds wacky and fun. I also saw your Light God Whales were looking for an atmospheric poolboy which sounds positively psychedelic m8. I played with dolphins at one point for a living so I know these celestial cetaceans will smile upon me with understanding and kinship.

My Vedic card makes me feel sad. The position of the planets and other aspects make me think about the fact that Jyotish often offers depressing interpretations. This data should be analyzed in combination with each other. I came across other cards that looked much better than mine.

The clear advantage of my card is spiritual awakening, but it's not enough for me. I strive for high status, respect and financial well-being in this life. I'm not fond of spirituality; material achievements are more important to me.

Your western card (I like that word for the natal chart) has 4 Sagittarius planets in the 2nd sign..... that's more descriptive of someone with a focus on material acquisition, which you obviously do. With 4 different planets in the 2nd, most house rulerships will be manifested by planets in the 2nd house. Why do you run from your western chart when it does a good job of describing what you actually want out of life?

In the Western map, most of the characteristics do not match how I perceive myself. Before I got acquainted with my western birth chart, I had a feeling that my Moon was located in a water sign — in Pisces. However, after understanding the nuances of my Western map, I realized that this was not entirely true, and I was disappointed. I've always considered myself a sensitive person.

Scorpios can be sensitive you know; it is said to be a sign that is said to have intense emotions that aren't easily expressed.

And I must say, knowing what I know of the charts of some of the regulars, you have a style and energy more in common with the Scorpio influenced than the Pisceans.

It's unfortunate you missed the wave when having any tenuous connection to the Scorpio sign and/or Pluto was in vogue... you might have felt better about your ascendant then.

I remember in the first years of getting to know my chart, I absolutely did not identify with the stereotypes of Sagittarius -- especially the so-called happiness and positive outlook that is said to be the hallmark of the sign. And sure, you had astrological explanations for this: many planets in the 12th house, Pluto aspects to the Sun, Moon and Mercury, Saturn square ASC ruler, Saturn in 3rd, Moon parallel Saturn, Pluto and Saturn as the edge planets of my bundle chart and the list goes on.

However, with time I realised that in fact there were many things about me that were pure Sagittarian: I am more breezy in manner than I give myself credit for, opportunistic (in the neutral sense), I like to uplift others (which I do by being a problem solver and the guy you can brainstorm ideas with), and I actually have a basic belief in the future of positive outcomes. These realisations about myself came throughout my 20s and by now I am comfortable with my chart's ability to describe my personality and my life trajectory.

So learn more astrology and learn more about yourself overtime and you will realise that, so long as your birth data is correct, your card is an accurate description of the kind of person you actually are, and in ways that you may not realise or won't see manifesting until later in your journey.

I like my ascendant. When I read about the specifics of this position, I had the feeling that I was a character in a tabloid novel,

I just realize that I lack the power, drive and confidence that are indicated in my natal chart.

Scorpio gets the best prose treatment out of all the signs, at least when it comes to the modern branches.

For me. I kinda identify with the Sagittarian stereotypes. But, things turned out to be opposite. My ASC sign is Gemini, opposing my natal Sun as it was setting during my birth, so I present myself with the traits I hate having to identify with...

The question is not addressed to me, but I will tell you, there was one rare scumbag in my life, so I am disgusted with this sign, with lions too, that I do not have any positions in natal and Vedic maps associated with these signs

I try not to write-off entire signs because of bad experiences with people who may have the sign active their chart. If I have ever felt true enmity, it was to two men with Scorpio active in their chart and one woman with Aquarius Sun. However, my closest relationships are with people that have these two signs activated in their natals. I am not going to make some idiots limit my experience of other more worthy humans.

Yup. All signs have positives and negatives, so yikes

I'd like to interject that if astrology is an epistemological science that looks for symbolic correspondences between heavenly bodies and individual traits of humans of Earth (based on the assumption that the world is more interconnected and in a symbolic way than many might believe or expect), in other epistemological sciences there often or usually seem to be some outliers, so it's never a 100% correspondence in those domains between this and that -- more like something in the high nineties as a percentage of likelihood of being generally true and reproducible.

So what I'd like to suggest is that if someone looks at their natal chart for self-understanding (not self-excusing!) they primarily focus on things that seem to make sense and ring true in whatever moment -- because those few things might already provide plenty of material for consideration re: areas for improvement or opportunities to explore -- as opposed to trying to conform oneself totally to one's natal chart, i.e., trying to make the data (or person) fit the model/hypothesis/chart.

Along these lines: don't let your chart be a cage, but a possibly helpful map.
