Hmm...
you said you want to resolve relationship problems...
Is this with a particular past lover or spouse?
Could you show us their birthchart as well?
I think to understand a relationship it's important to see both sides (or birth charts, in this case.)

Looking at your chart I noticed that the ruler of your 7th house is in your 12th house.

This often indicates feelings of loneliness and isolation, even when one is in a relationship.

As you probably know, the 12th house is the house of everything hidden. This can work in a few different ways. Your partners might keep things from you. They might be involved in clandestine matters. At its very worst, this placement might be the source of all the infidelity you mentioned.

You will probably end up sacrificing yourself for your loved ones. This placement can also indicate separation from a loved one, or just plain old "being alone". One of my best friends has this same placement and she has had a lot of trouble finding someone who will be there for her. Most of her love interests are unattainable, in one way or the other.

I think the lesson to be learned with this placement is that you need to cultivate your relationship with yourself, before attempting to do so with others. Just think of being in a relationship just because you don't want to be alone scenario. Sometimes a relationship is not what is best for you. It also has to do with finding out what is really going on, and bringing it to the surface. 12th is very tricky, as always.
