Why do I feel so stuck lately and when will it stop?

I used to be able to read my own chart pretty well but its been years since then so I'm out of practice. This is my progressed chart, not my natal, as of today 9-9-2018. Why do I feel so stuck and unable to do anything? I just feel like I can't do anything at times, and the things I want to do I feel so discouraged from doing so. I want to know what this means and why its happening.

Thanks a lot for your time and consideration. When I'm in better waters I'll start reviewing things and I'll start reading charts again. Thanks!

Saturn opposite moon-Mercury and Mercury conjunct Chiron are signatures for "depressed thinking" or "painful thinking." Saturn shows us where and how we feel inadequate or just plain sad.

The moon moves fairly quickly in a progressed chart, but the other planets take a while. So it's probably better to start thinking about the lessons from this chart. Saturn also rules self-discipline-- he rules the bones, so think of backbone! What are some small steps you could take (not big ones) that would move you in a more rewarding direction?

I felt a little better later in the day a few hours after I posted this, but the cycle will most likely continue at some point. Thank you for the insight, its greatly appreciated. My natal moon is scorpio so perhaps some transit is aspecting it. I also feel like I don't want to ever physically exercise. Could that be because my mars is aspecting uranus, neptune, and saturn? Thanks again.

LeoJeo,

do you happen to have a natal chart somewhere with your details - I'd like to create a combined chart to better see what you are going through.

And I just wanted to say, wishing you lighter times soon.

Otherwise the aspects waybread pointed out could very well do a good deal to make you feel quite down and depressed, especially if Saturn and Chiron are both involved simultaneously.

Here is my natal chart. Thank you so much! In my natal chiron is opposing Saturn but I don't know what that means.

Including your combo chart

A couple of things I see - one of the problems seems to be caused by Uranus having been stationed on your IC, opposite your midheaven for some months - Uranus can produce a kind of strong desire to uproot in this position like you are thinking of both going forward but being stuck or pulled back into some past pattern also - likely to be a family vs work theme with this one.

Another one is progressed Mars square Neptune - this can actually cause you to doubt what you are doing feeling unsure it's "right" or that you have the right to do it and there may be confusion and discouragement coming from various corners. It is a long-term progression so you will be dealing with it for a while. Try to see if you can adjust your way of going about acting (specifically, or even "doing") if what you are used to isn't working particularly well in the present.

Saturn itself is not doing too much at the moment but it will be crossing your (and mine being in nearly the same degree) Ascendant a few months from now - Saturn in 12H can cause some unconscious confusion and is a somewhat difficult position depending on how you handle compulsions and such normally. It is also trine your progressed Sun at the moment but the trine should be constructive if anything although you might feel like you have to slow down and reevaluate everything if you had been going at a faster pace before - Saturn will linger around these degrees for the next I think month and a half so you might continue to feel the slowed down effect for some weeks yet.

The other big one is Pluto in the 1st house which you've had since I'd say 2014 and this one demands a reworking of the personality and the way you go about doing things and dealing with people. You probably know about this and have asked about it a few times already so only touching on it.
