Will I get the financial aid?

Hey there!

I applied for this public financial aid. It is aimed to cover partially the price of the rent of the house.

- I am Jupiter R in Aries (not sure if peregrine or triplicity/considering it's a day chart)
- I am also Moon in Aries, peregrine.
- The aid as money from the Government would be L11? Then that is Saturn in the 12th, and turned 3rd.

I can't see receptions but there is an applying sextile Moon-Saturn. Before that there is a L6 Sun-Saturn opposition. I don't know what that could mean.

Just to be sure we are on the same page. I see Moon applies to sextile Saturn.
But before Moon perfects with Saturn, Moon first meets Sun by opposition.
I do not see a Sun Saturn opposition?

You as Jupiter are in dignity by term. Some say dignity by term suggests this matter will be on your own terms, which is favorable. However, Jup does not aspect Saturn, and Saturn receives Jup poorly, by fall. Jup's being retrograde is also less favorable, and Jup's next aspect goes back to oppose Mercury, which is both ruler of and also domiciled in the house of your competition for these monies.
You as Moon meet Sun before appying to sextile Saturn/L11. The sextile looks like an opportunity altho reception is poor from Saturn to Moon as it is with Jup. And the opposition from the Sun looks like an obstacle to that opportunity.
I have to wonder, with Jup being retrograde, if there is not something you will need to go back and do or get before you may receive these monies?

Well, me getting the aid depends on the landlady of my house too. She is not very honest with the public administration and, although I pay regularly my rent to her, she's been putting some obstacles on my way to applying for this aid. Funnily, she's a Virgo (7th cusp+L7 in Virgo/ domiciled - of course she's got more power here as she's the owner of the house). I also think the public administration might require me to fill one more paper that I couldn't send in the first round of applications.

Maybe L7 could be them, too? Also I read once that the 6th could be the bureaucrats or public workers? L6 Sun opp Moon before the sextile... That could be one interpretation.
