Suspicious about Numerology prediction

I recently consulted with an astrologer and I am suspicious about his reading, let me tell you why.

He mentioned that my professional and financial growth is only seen after the age of 50. People are retiring at this age and what will I achieve if I get promoted at this age... In another way, I admire his sincere response but just wanted to check in with this group as his prediction was based on numerology and I never had anyone reading my chart via Numerology.

Can someone please take a closer look and tell me if my time period from 2023-2030 will be wasted? I have been looking to buy a house but no success so far. The same thing with my career as well. My juniors were promoted and now they are all working in reputed companies I am still hanging and in fact, I am on my decline mode for many years.
