According to Vedic and Western astrology, people with an ascendant in the scales are considered quite attractive, as indicated in many interpretations that I have researched. However, if there are unfavorable planets in the first house, it can change the situation, although I'm not sure about it. Personally, I am not among the attractive ones, perhaps the reason is that I have a keta in my first house, as this planet is considered harmful. One interpretation I read states that ketu can lead to a noticeable asymmetry of appearance. Nevertheless, I saw a man with such a position who looked quite attractive, but, of course, I did not study his horoscope in full. One astrologer mentioned that ketu can influence appearance, creating disharmony, but it depends on other aspects in the horoscope. Probably the reason is that the ruler of the lagna is located in a sign that is not friendly, and is in connection with the ruler of this sign, which is a harmful planet.

Hmmm. The point that is in your 1st house is Rahu, not Ketu, according to this chart. Also, is your Vedic ascendant Virgo or Libra? If it's Libra, then the lagna's ruler is more favorable, as it's in Taurus, and it is together with a friendly and a neutral planet as well. If it's Virgo, then it's only a little less favorable. I think Rahu-Ketu axis in 1st-7th house makes your appearance less conventionally beautiful...
