My employer spontaneously invited me to an employee interview on.
This was preceded by a complaint from the employee, so now the personnel manager is also participating.
I received the invitation by email and the interview is scheduled for next Wednesday.
Does the employee have to worry?

Can I ask what your role is in comparison to the employer and the employee?
While at it: there is some emphasis on the 12th house, Pisces and Neptune, do you work in a hospital, psychology, prison or maybe with water? If you want to keep this to yourself that is okay off course.

I asked the questions of intent. The email for the invitation is on November 20 and the conversation will take place on November 27.
Just so I can get all the people involved clear:
is this a meeting called by your employer based on a complaint about you by another employee?

And so you, your employer, the complaining employee and the personnel manager will be present?

According to the interview chart for November 27th, Wednesday, the 3rd house ruler/Moon squares Mc and Pluto, suggests that they may be rather harsh on said person, including being dismissive of said person's feelings on the subject.

Intent is a hard thing to fish out of a chart, as with question about some one else's feeling, the pointers towards it are mostly hidden in the details and subject to interpretation.

Taking your earlier questions on this forum into consideration as well, it could well be that you are in fear of your job?
Applying logic to the situation, being bullied, company wanting to restructure, that's not a strange thought. It can be a frightening one though.
Since you are already experiencing too much stress, I do hope you'll find some rest and care for yourself.

There is so much information in these charts because there are 5 people involved and there is 2 charts.
So I'll try to keep my answer to the point. I thought it may help to try and look behind the screens as best I could for every person involved.

The 27 november chart shows the actual talk, by then all discussion-strategies are planned.

You show up in the 12th from the company, kept in the dark, possibly lied to.
Your possible far of being let go can be represented there and also by Uranus on the ascendant.
You do have some strength in this matter but you really dislike how all of this feels, you may even have some issue with that customer.

Your, secondant, a colleague, he/she or other-wise, shows as Mars , ruler of Scorpio in the chart.
There is a conjunction by antiscia between colleague and the ascendant/you, there is no reception.
The conjunction doesn't say he has you best interest at heart, I would have liked some reception between you two for that.
You however exalt him, you may think too much of him.

That same colleague seems to be very much on the same line as his direct manager (area or department, the lowest ranking, you'll know).
They are in a nice trine and do have strong mutual receptions. They're in agreement.
This colleague shows a distaste for the other manager, the higher ranking one.

That lower-ranking manager shows up as peregrine, he has no dignity and dislikes you, doesn't care about your feelings.
He fully depends on the Mars colleague.
The peregrination can read as being lost and wanting to get to the bottom of this complaint in other cases it shows malicious intentions.

That person seems to like you the best of the whole lot, he exalts you and you have mutual reception.
He shows up in the second house of the company, bussy with money and possibly the money the company is not getting.
It's possible though that this person just really doesn't like to have to be in this talk.

The personnel-manager is astrologicly somewhat different. Showing up as Pluto in this matter he may have the final say. I'm basing that of the nature of Pluto. This person has by then been communicating with the lower-ranking manager and had a friendly talk.

I'm not sure if you will loose your job or if they have something else for you, but the possibility is in the chart. in that case I'd say they are grabbing this customer-complaint as a flimsy reason to get you out. With those peregrine managers and you kept in the dark, I'd say there you have possible dirty dealings.


Though this is offcourse a tense time and a possibly hard conversation on 27 november for you, maybe Venus in their twelfth is also a pointer for you to keep your distance. Be as bussiness-like as you can, see what they got to say and if the complaint is not yet in written form in your possession, demand a copy and the contactinformation from the customer who complained. Think before you speak and don't get into their game. Be honest though.

Dear Nailu thanks so much for you response :) I want to add some details more:

I would like to explain the situation that led to the invitation again. I had initiated an order and then received an angry email from a colleague stating that I would incur additional costs. I defended myself here because I was left out of the email communication and did not know an important detail. As a result, the colleague complained. The team leader had a conversation with the HR manager. I also wrote another email to the team leader, addressing all the terrible conditions. I mentioned that I am often left out of the communication, which is verifiable. The employee representation is also involved in all these emails. This team leader, who is a Leo, does not like me; I can see it in his eyes, and he has now also been appointed as the new department head. Since the team leader is on a training course, the other former department head, who is a Scorpio (and has handed over his department to the team leader), is taking over. The area manager is a Leo. The HR manager is a Leo, and the employee representative is an Aries. Thank you very much for your time and help during these difficult times and for the advice not to have a breakdown. I think I will take calming medication.

I'm sorry to hear this gets you upset to a point to have to take medication. I've been very reluctant today to answer your question because of your earlier mentions of stress, feelings of imprisonment even.
On that note, have you ever thought about a change of jobs, for your own health and benefit?

Before you made mention of a customer-complaint I had thought this was between you and a colleague. In part because the charts are in some way similar but you and your colleague switch significators you go from Mars to Venus, Colleague goes the other way around. As if switching places while in this talk on 27 november is happening. A possibility to show how you feel you are being manipulated and unmask what has actually happened.

So going back to the managers in the chart being peregrine. It can well be that they are really clueless on what this is but do see a need for clearing the air and make changes.
With Mercury in the eighth and the biggest boss in the 11th, there is that financial component and that has upset people, it needs to be revisited.
You need to change to prevent loss of company money. You have a very good argument of being kept in the dark and that can well be the Venus in the 12th house in the chart of 27/11.

That said, I'm starting to move more towards the word 'change', then losing your job. As it was I wrote that it was a possibility in the chart not a fact for sure. If you had asked that question, you would have gotten a similar answer, from me at least, that there is a possibility but there are more then one reasons in the chart to assume it won't happen. That would have been a horary question, this is not.
I do still think you'd do good to keep to yourself and have some caution around the Sun/Leo - person. He is too tied up with your secundant-colleague for my taste as well.

On the practical side. You may want to print out the e-mails surrounding your colleagues complaints and the interview-invitation.
Be sure about what's in the mails. Write down what you want to say about that. Bring the prints and your notes with you in the interview.
Make a list for yourself on what you think is important for you to thrive in that company, what do you need. Point 1. being: you need to be kept informed. Point 2. may be: a place/person that will hear your complaints and manage them when you are excluded from important information in the future.
Lats point on the list can be a question:"and how do you think this makes me feel".

It may help you vent some emotions while working on it and comming into the interview looking and being prepared never hurts to make a first impression.

I'd also add to rest well this week, eat well and take space for yourself to relax (go outside if the weather permits and/or watch a movie like 'Erin Brockovich' for inspiration), just some thoughts.

I hope this clarifies though it's not a straight up yes or no.

Everything will be fine! at least that's what the chart shows me.
You have a North Node on the ascendant (good).
The Moon's last aspect is with the Sun (work, but also the Manager), who loves Mars (you) and moon coming out of the sign of Cancer the Moon will have a mutual reception with this SUN.
Then I see that it will make a trine with the ascendant (you), a Trine with the North Node and will give it to Mars. Perfect!!!
More, In this course the Moon will make a sextile with Jupiter, a trine with Mercury (communication, interview, etc etc)

The conversation went satisfactorily due to the participation of the employee representatives. However, there were occasional negative remarks from colleagues who misrepresented certain issues. I wasn't able to fully resolve that. Let's leave it at that for now.

What caught my eye in the meeting chart was the late rising degree and the realization that the ascendant would change signs about 15 minutes into the meeting, since the Asc advances 1 degree around every 4 minutes. When that happens, you become Merc in your detriment, your opposition, which I see as your adversarial co-workers and maybe your team leader, becomes Jup in detriment. Merc and Jup meet by opposition 3 times between now and just before the end of the year, the last of which is immediately followed by you/Merc meeting Saturn, your employers/supervisors, by square.
This all suggests to me a good deal of confrontational energy between you and complaining parties followed by a hard meeting between you and your employers.
