My main question is what does it mean that we are both disposited by Mercury in RX? Is Mercury carrying light between Mars and Venus?

Here is what I see:

1) I am Mars H8 ruled by Mercury and Moon H10 also ruled by Mercury. Mercury is currently in RX.

2) He is Sun ruled by himself H10 and Venus also ruled by Mercury H10.

3) It seems like both of us are ruled by Mercury, which rules the 11th/turned5th and 8th/turned 2 houses.

4) There are no receptions.

5) Venus applies square to Mars, but this seems prohibited. Mercury is separating from Mars and applying to Venus, is this TOL?

Merc is clearly influential here…

I do not see Merc translating light from Venus to Mars. Merc’s square with Mars does not perfect, since Merc turns retro first. So the light doesn’t get there.

Venus’ square to Mars is prohibited by this very same Merc, which meets Venus by conjunction first.

Perhaps looking at Merc may shed some light? Maybe something having to do with friends, with Merc ruler of the 11th, may get in the way?

Does this look like a "No" to the relationship question? The only thing I can think of is travels getting in the way, but perhaps it'll be friends or his other lovers?
