I can see someone/Venus might like you in an over the top way, since Venus exalts Mars.
But I don't see anything coming of it, or of you liking this person back that much. That is suggested since you both as Mars and Moon are disjunct Venus, that is, do not aspect. And also there is zero reception from you to Venus.
