Why did he contact me after all these years?

A few weeks ago I was contacted by this man. We dated back in 2012 for less than 3 months. He broke up with me to be with someone. Obvisouly I am over it and I am happily married. Ever since he broke up with me he has contacted me in 2016, 2019 and just a few weeks ago. This last time I had to block him as it made me feel uncomfortable. He said in the message that he has been thinking about me and how I was doing. I casted a horary asking why did he contact me? I cant make heads or tails of this chart but I think it its pretty obvious. I think he is dissatisfied in his love life and maybe wants to rekindle our relationship.I did reply to his message but the next day I regretted it because I dont want him to think I am open to communication (I was only being polite) so I blocked him.

What does the chart say?
I am Sun rising, he is Saturn. I am Sun in Leo in the 12th house, which describes me. I find it interesting I am in the 12th, however I am not sure if this is how he perceives me or how I feel about myself. 12th house is about hidden things and undoing. I wonder if this simply means he cannot see me anymore because I blocked him. I am Sun in Leo, detriment of Saturn, it is obvious I do not care much for him. While he is in Pisces in exaltation of Venus, which makes me think he wants love. He is Saturn in Pisces rx and in the 8th, I feel like he is in a state of crisis and maybe very anxious. I find it interesting he has moon in his house. Moon does typically represent women, I wonder if he has a wife? Or it could denote his emotional state? Moon is in Aquarius at 29 degrees, opposing Mercury. I am mercury rising. The past opposition of Moon and Mercury could signify our past communication and him being blocked.
I also find it interesting the upcoming square between him Saturn and Jupiter. Saturn is limitations and boundaries and Jupiter is about our personal beliefs and philosophies and we have this upcoming square, I wonder if his thoughts or beliefs will come to a clash or maybe adjustments will be made for him.

Because you're married now, it's a good thing you blocked him as the horary shows it was for romantic/intimate purposes. He was likely testing the waters to see if you were still single. You should have just informed him you are married now and not interested.

Thank you Chrysalis. Does the chart show he is involved with someone? Even while we dated he always struck me as someone who would engage in extramarital affairs. I definitely dodged a bullet. Even though we only dated for 3 months I was so hurt he broke up with me lol...now I laugh.

Interesting. I am Sun in Leo and also Venus, correct? I am in Leo in the detriment of him, Saturn. So I am really repulsed by him . I am also the Moon, but doesnt seem to fit me in this chart.

why would you ask me that? in my original post I said his message made me feel uncomfortable, so I blocked him. I am a married woman, why would I be friends with someone I dated 12 years ago for less than 90 days? it is very strange, dont you think?

People on here often ask questions out of curiosity here. I'm wondering if my question seemed unusual for some reason. I'm also curious to know what prompted your curiosity regarding my intentions behind the question.
