Why Scorpios are going to have it rough when Pluto goes into Aquarius.

Not all Scorpios but I think a lot of them. In 2024, I noticed that a prominent Scorpio in P. Diddy fell and went from a billionaire lifestyle to now in jail. Meanwhile, Drake (a Scorpio Stellium) took a beating against Kendrick Lamar (a Gemini). Drake went from being the biggest rapper in the world before 2024 to now taking such a hit to his status that at one point in the summer, one of the biggest songs was calling him a groomer. I have also seen several Scorpios in my life, mainly males for some reason, have it tough.

Here is why I think this is the case.

When Pluto was in Capricorn, Scorpios thrived. Capricorn makes an easy aspect to Scorpio energy, the two signs are buddy-buddy and feed off of each other. It is no shock then that it was when Pluto went into Capricorn, around 2008 or so, that Drake started to slowly come to prominence. A Canadian who lived a relatively easy life compared to other rappers went from acting on a TV show to being one of the biggest rappers in the world. Then as Pluto went into Aquarius, his beef with Kendrick Lamar, someone who grew up in a very hard life, landed a major blow to his status.

I think that when Pluto went into Capricorn, a lot of Scorpios became way too comfortable. You even saw it with the narrative out there calling it the strongest sign and Scorpio pride was higher than it has ever been. Scorpios got comfortable and they had this unstoppable persona or the whole "I can do what I want and get away with it" mindset.

In both Diddy and Drake, I noticed this. These two felt like they were unstoppable and could go anything they want and get away with. That caught up to them as soon as Pluto went into Aquarius.

All the fixed signs are in for a ride.

Don't get me wrong, Leos and Aquarius are also in for challenging times but the thing is, both signs already know that since Pluto in Capricorn was awful for them. Capricorn does not play well with Leo or Aquarius. On the other hand, conjunctions and oppositions are not easy aspects either.

But for Scorpios and Taurus, it is not that Pluto in Aqua is going to be tough, it is that it is going to go from a really easy energy in Capricorn to a rude awakening given the tough aspect Aquarius makes to Taurus and Scorpio. I think Drake and Diddy were just case studies we saw in real time this year.

Interesting thread! 🙂

I guess that Uranus Taurus has already being putting the Fixed signs through some turbulent times, since it's ingress in 2018.

I've noticed it's mostly the Taureans that have really copped it quite badly. The other Fixed signs have had some very jarring and disruptive major life events too, but they have "accepted" it more, albeit begrudgingly.

What sets Taurus apart is their reaction to Uranus transits, digging their hooves in, holding on, resisting the sudden events, and relentlessly persisting for it to be on their own terms. This may be why Uranus is in fall in Taurus.

But now with Pluto Aquarius, ruled by Uranus, which still has some time to go until it leaves Taurus (July 2025), it might up the ante for Fixed signs, feeling like being "ganged up on".

We have a window of time from November 2024 to July 2025, when Pluto is in Aquarius, ruled by Uranus in Taurus.

As a mostly mutable person. I can't wait until Neptune leaves Pisces, for good. I know that Uranus in Gemini is mutable, but in my opinion, as a Centaur, I'm compatible with Gemini energy. Piscean energy (including Saturn in Pisces) is is another story.

At least, by 2026, I won't have any heavy transits,....until Uranus hits Virgo, in 2040-something, or something. So, after 2026, I get to have a huge breather.

I also have some cardinal planets, so Pluto in Capricorn wasn't a cakewalk.

I guess the next two years is just me preparing for more bouncy times. For now, I am like, "Please universe, please make all these Pisces planets go away."

Amen to that! I can't wait for Neptune to enter Pisces, it's been too long!

Have to admit, was rather (cautiously) relieved when Pluto left Capricorn. I naively thought it was going to be more smooth sailing after the Pluto Sagittarius which hit my Mutable placements (to which I have many!)

Pluto Capricorn would be making sextiles to my Pisces stellium after all, and not nearly as many squares, so maybe it won't be so bad? I was more wrong that Mr Wrong from Wrongsville! It was worse.

Pluto Sagittarius was transit my 12th house for most of it, so although it activated my Mutable placements, it did so in a more "beneath the surface" kind of way, also it was more about spiritual excavation, I was an atheist during that time. Until it crossed my very late degree Sagittarius Asc.

Pluto Capricorn in my 1st, it was far more evident and in-yer-face, not so concealed when in the 12th. It's still there in my 1st 🤦 and will be for the next 8-9 years? But under Aquarius energies now. Still need to figure out what will change.

Capricorn also exalts Mars right, the other Scorpio ruler. Somehow thinking that sparked an image/inner-soundbite of U2/Bono on a turn-table with a scratched LP going like: Des-I.I.I.aye.I.aye.I.aye.I- (finally unstuck)-ure.
Maybe an extra layer to the Scorpio mi mi mi meee.

Some parts of Scorpio maybe like: we exalts Uranus, now we rule Aquarius, bring it on.
Not sure how tightly modern astrology holds on to essential dignities. Still I'm happy the music goes on.

5th house matter for me this sign change, maybe that brought up the semi-realistic music-inspired -notion.

Oh yeah, first house Pluto transit. That can be tough.

Pluto tr your 12th house annihilated your faith. Whoa, heavy. 12th house is a doozie. When it started tr your 1st, it changed. It must have been transiting something in late Sag along w/ your ascendant?
