Tbh I was thinking the same as Elene, hence the Q.
His 5th lord Venus on the dsc, Juno on the 5h cusp, Asc ruler moon in the 5h, 5th ruler Mars trine NN on the MC, and ex/Saturn trine the 5h cusp.
So we have lots of 5h energy in this chart, including a Cancer rising, Scorpio 5h cusp and your ex also in a water sign. This is making me think he has got someone pregnant (early stages with there being a new moon in the 5th) and the commitment has progressed from that.
