I know you from the other forum. I am not good at Horary, IleneK is way better than me.
However, I will offer you my opinion. You are Venus and the Moon. He is Mars. The moon is separating from Mars, so I turn to Venus. Venus is in an applying aspect to Mars, but it will take too long to get to the degree, so the answer is "no" unfortunately. It is interesting that Venus is in Scorpio, she (you) loves Mars, but Venus is Peregrine in Cancer, so no feelings from his part, I am afraid.
I definitely hope I am wrong, perhaps Ilene, or someone more experienced in Horary can see something else.
Spells? You mean magic spells? I know nothing about these things, but for all I know, if someone loves someone else, he will not care about gossip, or at least not someone I would like to be with.

I just can't see anything in the chart connected to gossip and spells. Pluto on the MC could suggest you're being paranoid.
Neptune trine the Mc shows there is some peace of mind coming when Mars sextile the Asc in approx x3 time units, which i assume would be him reaching back out and trying to make amends.

It is very difficult to explain twin flame but they make him recognize me as a wrong person

Am I reading right that Venus meets Saturn before Venus trines Mars?
If so, this might suggest obstruction between Venus and Mars coming together due to Saturn, perhaps based even on Saturn's existing connection with Mars right now by partile trine?

However, it is a trine, which could be seen as a connecting point.
