I have applied for an apartment. Will I get it?

I have just spoken to the agent and she selected me for the one of the candidates for it. It's quite difficult to find a decent and affordable apartment in my city and therefore the demand is huge when one shows up.

Hey, guys. A quick update.
I got the apartment. The lady from the agency liked me and recommended me to the owners. I should move in at the beginning of the december. I will update you regarding the condition of the apartment and if everything went well, for the educational purposes
