Uncanny, Monk.

So what is your take on this dualism? Good people partake of beneficial power from powerful stars, and bad (or merely weak) people become more powerfully evil? Is it cooked into the fixed stars? Into human beings? Are there other possibilities out there, or is the two-fold moral universe the only one most humans can imagine?

A polarity that admits of gradations is still a binary system.

One thing that I am increasingly convinced of, the older I get, is God's Plan. I don't mean this in a Christian sense. How one conceptualizes God is open to each individual. In panentheism, everything is imbued with divinity, anyway. It's more in the sense of disparate threads in one's life coming together, sometimes decades after particular events. Sometimes events that seem bad and unwanted at the time, have an unforeseen beneficial impact later in one's life.

[This isn't to put a happy face on tragic accidents. I'm thinking more of personal choices -- or at least what seem like choices.]

If the fixed stars are part of God's Plan, then is a light-worker a person who is more able to capture the beneficial essence of powerful stars?

I agree, birth Charts are part of God's plan, that we all accept, i have a powerful Regulus M.C., which i have been lacking in my behavior, that i only become as one with in the last 20 years.
But electional astrology is playing God, that is different, we are prone to with countries that involve the world!

Astrologically, LIGHT is FOUNDATIONAL to astrological practice via the use of ASPECTS

Some would give Sirius three degrees, but i try to use one degree, aligned to Jupiter would increase orb.
I think that Bernadette Brady is a fantastic fixed stars astrologer but would disagree with her with interpretation of Alnilam.

Astrodienst gives his ToB as only a Rodden C rating, so there may be some flexibility in it.

I frankly didn't find his radix natal chart to signify a spiritual leader, so I played around with some harmonic charts.

The best fit I found was his 21H chart, suggesting delight or a free-flowing energy (3-series) in spiritual matters (7-series.)

When you mentioned the 21st harmonic my ears pricked up. The reason for this is that I'm a physical medium which I'm convinced is a by-product of the breathing techniques I learnt as a brass musician. A three valved brass instrument [ in my case a tenor tuba] utilizes seven basic valve combinations to achieve a chromatic scale. The way that the natural harmonics 'jump' in brass playing always reminds me of planetary orbits in a strange kind of way. By the age of fifteen I'd already had my first materialization whilst in trance, and was playing top flight in the British brass band championships whilst at the same time was introduced to astrology. My 21st harmonic chart is incredibly powerful, with an opposition between Saturn and Pluto with a Sun/Moon/Mars conjunction in sextile trine relationship. I've known several prominent physical mediums who've had Saturn and Pluto angular in their natal charts; in my own, I have Pluto bodily in tight conjunction with the MC [ also with Venus] and quintile ASC. wi Saturn is in tight square to ASC and 165 Pluto.

John, your response sparked a thought of checking my own 21st harmonic chart, and it's kinda strong and powerful! Neptune conjuncts Pluto (which has a partile septile relationship in my prime/1st harmonic chart/natal chart) in that chart, very close to my natal Neptune at 24°04'07" Aquarius. Also, I have Mercury quintile MC, Venus quintile Pluto in that chart, and the latter deepens my identity as an Elohim/Andromedan starseed (and I also went almost everywhere in the Universe a 13 billion years time span, too) (and the 7th fold, 3rd fold energy mixed with each other, and also with a quintile between Venus and Pluto, too, creating a powerful spiritual energy that has a dark feminine nature, and can help anyone to go out of the darkness).
