Breaking: Judge Juan Merchan Adjourns President Trump’s November 26 Sentencing Date​

Crooked Judge Juan Merchan again on Tuesday suspended any decision on the Trump lawfare case in Manhattan.


Merchan adjourned the case. He will make decision where this lawfare case heads next.

In May, Trump was convicted on all 34 felony counts For some reason, Trump was charged 34 times for the accounting errors. The misdemeanors were changed to felonies in order to stick it to Trump.

The far-left kangaroo court swiftly found him guilty of fake crimes.

The entire case was a setup to get Trump.


Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg alleged Trump committed fraud because the payment was labeled “legal fees.” This was complete nonsense. No one has ever in history been indicted or convicted for such bogus charges. But we are talking about the cesspool New York and we are talking the communist left.

President Trump’s lawyers repeatedly demanded Merchan recuse himself over conflicts of interest involving his daughter Loren Merchan.

The Washington Post, citing Trump Transition sources, reported that Trump will fire Jack Smith’s team of activist lawyers and use the DOJ to assemble a team to investigate the stolen 2020 election.


“President-elect Donald Trump plans to fire the entire team that worked with special counsel Jack Smith to pursue two federal prosecutions against the former president, including career attorneys typically protected from political retribution,” WaPo reported.

“Trump is also planning to assemble investigative teams within the Justice Department to hunt for evidence in battleground states that fraud tainted the 2020 election,” WaPo reported.




Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the DOJ for records disclosing the names of Jack Smith’s team of lawyers and staffers.

The Biden DOJ asked a federal court to keep secret the names of Jack Smith’s prosecutors.


President Trump’s DOJ should publicly name + fire every single one of Jack Smith’s prosecutors.
They acted illegally + interfered in the election deliberately.
 
Jack Smith’s team of taxpayer-funded prosecutors were operating in secret.
Smith’s team of lawyers was DOUBLE the size of Mueller’s team.

The Dems will never give up. They will continue to use the legal system against him IF they ever get back into power. However, for now, they were forced to drop all charges. It's highly unlikely they will ever have the power again to fortify the DOJ against him like they have in the past 8 years but never say never. Unless they are arrested + charged under the election interference act, they will continue with their disgusting law fare IF they ever get the chance.

Mike Davis, founder of the judicial advocacy group the Article III Project, said there must be “severe” consequences against Smith for his cases against Trump.
“Jack Smith and his office must face severe legal, political, + financial consequences for their blatant lawfare and election interference,” Davis said.

This makes no sense whatsoever. Algol conjunct Trump's MC is not related to the law fare he has encountered. That's Saturn traversing his 7TH.
Jack Smith natal map must contain severe aspects related to law as he has abused the legal system his entire life to go after his political opponents (+ lost every time).


These cases, like all of the other cases I have been forced to go through, are empty + lawless, + should never have been brought.
Over $100 Million Dollars of Taxpayer Dollars has been wasted in the Democrat Party’s fight against their Political Opponent, ME. Nothing like this has ever happened in our Country before. They have also used State Prosecutors + District Attorneys, such as Fani Willis + her lover, Nathan Wade (who had absolutely zero experience in cases such as this, but was paid MILLIONS, enough for them to take numerous trips and cruises around the globe!), Letitia James, who inappropriately, unethically, + probably illegally, campaigned on “GETTING TRUMP” in order to win Political Office, and Alvin Bragg, who himself never wanted to bring this case against me, but was forced to do so by the Justice Department + the Democrat Party….

Here is his natal, for noon. Strangely enough no where is his birth place specifically indicated.
He was brought up near Syracuse NY so I've used this as the birth place.
Not precise but it gives an idea.

In addition, he assumed office with the DOJ on November 18,2022.
So the second chart is for noon Washington D.C. for when he entered office.

Interesting in his natal jupiter is exactly on SN. Jupiter is the law.
Uranus is also on SN.
There is a fiery mars/mercury opposition in mutable signs, and depending on the actual birth time, moon could be in early pisces completing a T-square.
Note neptune at 26 scorpio.

Looking at the chart for when he assumed his office with the DOJ, sun is exactly on natal neptune!
There is also an exact mars/neptune square.
And, depending on the actual time, moon could be opposing jupiter.

I've added the transits to the job chart, and transiting uranus is about to oppose the sun of the job chart, and his natal neptune!
Transiting neptune is conjunct jupiter of the job chart.

Even without exact times, this explains quite a lot about his actions.
