Rise and fall of things are part of natural cycle, it is how this reality operates. It is only in the western psyche and belief systems, which are anthropocentric, that humans are put on the pedestal, the whole universe exists for humans only. Therefore, Age of Aquarius, for no good reason, is seen as spectacularly good.

Other traditions don't share such views.

One of the main teachings of Buddhism is doctrine of impermanence.

What changes is not real.
What is real, doesn't change.

Rise and fall of humanity is just tiny, insignificant part of this dream-like reality. If humans rise to great things or if they perish tomorrow, it has no significance. Either way, the show will go on.

I personally do not believe the universe was created for humans. Watching nature and how they communicate with each other, of all types, and how most of humankind are oblivious to their communication with each other, and with us, leads me to see them, as the higher species. Able to live within the boundaries of earth, without destroying it.

I disagree with overpopulation, 7 billion people on earth, overrides the rights of other species. They are displaced. Because of our invasion, of their land, water and air. We have overstepped our boundaries.

Culturally, maybe we have adopted some characteristics and values from our "masters" (aliens). For example, human obsession with gold. Nevertheless, wars were fought and nations were massacred for gold.

One theory that has gone through my mind, an alien race comes here, escaping from wherever, they have a spacecraft, and hierarchy, and the ability to adapt DNA. Experiments take place, to twin the “alien” DNA to that of different creatures already existing on earth, in an effort to make their “alien’s” compatible with the planet they wanted to inhabit. Hence different races.

You have faith in "magical powers" of Uranus. For me Uranus is just another malefic, together with Neptune and Pluto. While these planets can signify some very deep and profound metaphysical things, on every day material level they are malefic.

There are prophecies from Baba Vanga that go all the way to year 5079. I don't think these are correct. She already missed the start of WW3 (she thought WW3 will start in 2010). But she got some things right, like Chernobyl, 9/11, Kursk submarine, Hitler's defeat etc.

In her prophecies, humans will become "living robots" at the start of 22nd century. Now, that would be "Uranus thing", according to my understanding of Uranus.
According to Vanga, at some point humans will have artificial Sun because real Sun will start to die off.
In more distant future, humans will abandon Earth because it will become uninhabitable.
All of this is "Uranus like".

Maybe the charts are showing low birth rates because humans will stop natural procreation. As cyborgs, they will "assemble" new members of the species. Also, maybe the charts are showing abundance of wealth/resources because there will be too few humans (cyborgs) on the same amount of resources we have today.

I find them to signify exclusively bad and undesirable things in event and horary charts. I don't use them as sign rulers, I consider them only in case of tight conjunctions with relevant significators or cusps.

For example, in event chart about recent conflict in Palestine there is Pluto on IC. 4th represents the battlefield, as well as leadership and military command of one of the sides (Israel in that specific chart).
The battlefield (for now) is Gaza and it's been utterly destroyed. This is common Pluto signification.

In the chart about Ukraine conflict, there is Uranus on IC. On several occasions Ukrainian and NATO officers have been hit and destroyed in their underground bunkers (4th as military leadership of Ukraine). Depleted uranium munitions have been used (4th as the battlefield represents Ukraine as a whole, too)

These are not "benefic" significations.
