If one were serious about making the assertion at the top of this thread, there are ways of going about it.
First, recognize the burden of proof is on the one making the assertion. Therefore some start toward demonstrating the validity of the assertion should be made.
Do a case study. Start with one native, and one significant experience in their life. It could be a marriage, birth of a child, an accident, major job change, relocation of a residence, death of an individual close to the native, honors or recognition (like an award of some sort), their own death or some other major event or experience.
Correlate a Lunar transit, with any other chart testimonies judged appropriate, with that event. Lunar transits can also include lunations or eclipses, as suggested by the thread title.
Present the nativity, the appropriate transits, explanation of any other chart testimonies, and the procedure used (aspects, dignities, periods, etc).
Then the assertion could be taken seriously by the community here and the case reviewed and discussed.
Otherwise there is no reason to do so.
