I posted the 5:15pm chart with both the candidates.
I find it interesting that Donald’s Chiron is in the 2nd house 14 Libra it’s the midpoint of November 5th Klotho and Scorpio Sun.
The Second House- National wealth, the exchequer, revenue, and all places and activities concerned with money making, such as banks, the Stock Exchange, financial institutions, money markets and trade.
And Kamala’s Chiron is in the 10th 14 Pisces trine the Sun and in opposition to Klotho of the Day of November 5.
The Tenth House- The monarch or president, the government, people in authority. Royalty, eminent and famous persons. National trade. The national reputation, credit, and power. Public employment rate.

The Fates – or Moirai – are a group of three weaving goddesses who assign individual destinies to mortals at birth. Their names are Clotho (the Spinner), Lachesis (the Alloter) and Atropos (the Inflexible). In the older myths, they were the daughters of Nyx, but later, they are more often portrayed as the offspring of Zeus and Themis. In Orphic cosmogony, their mother is said to have been Ananke or Necessity. Either way, they had enormous power and even Zeus was unable to recall their decisions.

Fixed Star Algol
Fixed star Algol causes misfortune, violence, decapitation, hanging, electrocution and mob violence, and gives a dogged and violent nature
Both have Algol conjunct, Donald to the MC, Kamala to Jupiter. It would seem that it is favourable for both, but, the downside of both placements, Donald's is more of violent nature, and hers of possible eventual poverty.
Midheaven conjunct Algol: A splendid and illustrious life; glorious, mighty and commanding nature; fame, busy with many activities, bountiful resources, well known or feared in cities and regions. Prosperity from youth and in own city.
Murder, sudden death, beheading, prone to murder and mischief. If at the same time in conjunction with Sun, Moon or Jupiter, it gives victory over others in war.
Jupiter conjunct Algol: If Jupiter is well-aspected in the nativity, these natives can acquire the ability to amass considerable wealth. These natives are inclined to be collectors, be it art or something in their opinion that would be of value at some future date and which appeals to the native. More primitive natives, while they have the same potential, will tend to become recluses later and even reduce themselves to begging or scavenging.
This is the best placement for Algol. It gives wonderful creative talents such as art and music, from which you can make a good living.

The Polls will close at 8PM across the United States I believe - ........so after 8PM seems more plausible, especially if TV does not declare a winner which I doubt they will because if it's record number of voters, some states will have yet to be determined.
I loved what Plato wrote about the 3 Morai and put some of it in my book on Kindle: from The Republic: (I can imagine reincarnation occurs something like this)

The spindle turned on the knees of Necessity, and a Siren stood hymning upon each circle, while Lachesis, Clotho, and Atropos, the daughters of Necessity, sat on thrones at equal intervals, singing of past, present, and future, responsive to the music of the Sirens; Clotho from time to time guiding the outer circle with a touch of her right hand; Atropos with her left hand touching and guiding the inner circles; Lachesis in turn putting forth her hand from time to time to guide both of them. On their arrival the pilgrims went to Lachesis, and there was an interpreter who arranged them, and taking from her knees lots, and samples of lives, got up into a pulpit and said: ‘Mortal souls, hear the words of Lachesis, the daughter of Necessity. The description of the axis as a spindle, and of the heavenly bodies as forming a whole, partly arises out of the attempt to connect the motions of the heavenly bodies with the mythological image of the web, or weaving of the Fates. The giving of the lots, the weaving of them, and the making of them irreversible, which are ascribed to the three Fates—Lachesis, Clotho, Atropos, are obviously derived from their names. The element of chance in human life is indicated by the order of the lots. But chance, however adverse, may be overcome by the wisdom of man, if he knows how to choose aright; there is a worse enemy to man than chance; this enemy is himself. He who was moderately fortunate in the number of the lot—even the very last comer—might have a good life if he chose with wisdom
(somewhere in this writing - he mentioned that even Zeus (or the gods) cannot change that which is fixed, i.e. the 3 FATES) There is some musing here whether or not Plato received his information from Zoroaster's insight regarding the heavens (planets, fixed stars & the Fates)
