Trump ran on a peace-ticket
because normal Americans are sick & tired
of the warmongering all around the globe.
The establishment calls this "..isolationism.."
normal people call it peaceful coexistence.
The end of US power will also put an end to its global bombings
& foreign interventionism.
Tulsi Gabbard is being lambasted presently, as she has been selected by Trump to be in his cabinet, for her public remarks concerning U.S. military involvement in the Middle East and being supportive of the reasons Russia has for attacking Ukraine, calling her an "isolationist" [as if that is a "bad thing", while we enforce our Monroe Doctrine, we also push our weight around in every corner of the globe.] and conspiring with enemy nations, thus being treasonous. Russia is not an "enemy" of the United States. It has been historically ever in admiration of this nation and has mostly tried to emulate us, other than the years it was a part of the Soviet Union that is. In fact, I trust the Russian gov't more than I presently trust my own. After all they were the only nation to give Snowden amnesty, and I find Snowden to be a true patriotic American and not guilty of treason but rather the opposite, i.e. an upholder, and defender, of the Constitution... unlike president Obama and any other person in gov't office that condones, and defends, the NSA spying on American citizens.
I find Tulsi to be most highly admirable, for her calling the present Democrat Party detestable, and standing up to the military industrial complex, and telling it like it really is as to the real underlying reasons behind the U.S. military involvement in so many areas of the world.
So much as like Smedley Butler, the late U.S.M.C. commanding general, two time recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor, which he refused to wear until he was ordered to do so or face court martial, whom wrote the book, "War Is A Racket" in the early 1930's, having been a Marine for about 40 years at the time, revealing that most every action we had been involved in was for corporate interests and that our armed forces had become nothing more than henchmen for corporate c.e.o.'s that were actually nothing more than gangsters carving out and protecting their "territories" and then enforcing their rule over those domains, by means of the politicians an judges on their payroll and use of our armed forces. Exactly why the last 35 years of military actions in the Middle East, and the present administrations' interest in Ukraine. *
Ike was right, and Smedley was right on. Tulsi is actually doing something about it.
Tulsi for president in 2028 or any office she ever wishes to run for. I believe that She would truly be one of the finest presidents this nation has ever had and also be most worthy of becoming the first woman ever elected President.
