Is the chart that Nick Campion gives for the American Presidency valid?

Just to keep things simple and basic, I'm using the date the DNC gives as their founding date.
It is when they were no longer Democrat-Republican but simply Democrat.
It is Jan 8, 1828 in Baltimore.
There is no time, so the chart is for zero hour.
The Democrat Convention will be held in Chicago, on Aug 19th, coinciding with the full moon squaring uranus. Mercury is conjunct sun at the full moon.
Because the chart is for zero hour, it doesn't show the exact sun/mercury opposing moon that occurs later in the day.
This is what makes me curious, what effect will that full moon square uranus have on the convention results?

So two charts are posted below, one with the chart of the DNC and the Convention, the other with the progressed chart of the DNC and the Convention.

Surprisingly the natal chart for the party has a sun/neptune conjunction opposing saturn.
The outer planets are the transits for August 19th.
There is a Chiron/Chiron conjunction, Pluto/NN conjunction, Pluto/uranus conjunction.

The full moon doesn't directly seem to aspect the chart.

Looking at the progressed chart with the transits for August 19th things change a bit.
The progressed natal chart has a sun/saturn conjunction opposing uranus.
Interestingly, the sun/uranus opposition is exactly on the sun of the Jan.20, 2025 inauguration.
As already seen in this thread, the inauguration of 2025 will have an exact pluto/sun conjunction.
The pluto/NN conjunction of the birth chart repeats itself here with a NN/pluto conjunction that
will receive a square from progressed mars in retrograde.
Progressed Mercury is retrograde and trines the Pluto/NN.
Without a TOB we can't be sure of the moon's position, which could possibly form a trine to pluto.
In this chart there is transiting Chiron conjunct progressed South Node, while progressed Chiron trines progressed mars and squares progressed mercury.

The transiting sun/mercury conjunction square uranus at approx. 26 degrees doesn't seem to trigger any points in the charts.

Any insights?

Uranus and Chiron are in both charts. Elena's Progressed Chart is worrisome with it's progressed Uranus /Saturn Sun with tr Pluto on August 19th which is the date of the beginning of the Convention (DNC). It may simply be pointing to the idea of a transformation within the party itself. ?
For chart 1 - the natal chart that Elena posted above - I think the Chiron Return is intriguing - as is the transiting Pluto over Uranus and it being rx. Same with the Nodes transiting (NN over n. Pluto) and Neptune can't be up to any good there.

You're right, the pipe bomb chart sets off the DNC chart.
Mars on SN, Mars/jupiter opposing uranus, Pluto/mercury on uranus, and of course being only 3 days from the birth date, it sets off the sun/neptune opposition to saturn with sun on sun!

It's interesting that here in Britain, the first 'freedoms' given to the populations of towns and villages were always granted by Royal Charta. Using these for casting charts always utilise the zero hour and produce really good results in practice. These freedoms were by granting permission for markets and fairs. The markets work best, as the fairs were usually only granted on religous days. Here is a great resource.

Some many years ago there was a thread, [probably still is active] about the ongoing argument as to what the natal chart of India should be, and as I was feeling pretty confident in my abilities to figure out natal charts for nations that have documented birth times, I got into the "fray".

Once the chart is rectified as such the chart axis becomes one of "perfect profile"
